Community Moderators
Community moderators manage their own community. They can review local reports, apply local rules, remove content, and mute or ban users from that community.
Site Moderators
Site moderators handle site-wide risk, serious abuse, repeated cross-community behavior, and safety issues that cannot be solved inside one community.
Site Admins
Site admins can manage site moderators, Labs access, and platform-level settings. Admin tools should be used with more context and more care because their effects are broader.
